The historian's note
この画像は、Virginia州Stauntonの Western State Hospitalを描いており、特に地元では"The Castle"として知られている歴史的な管理棟と、後のコンクリート増築物を示しています。"The Castle"は19世紀後半に建設され、目立つタレットとスレート屋根を含む独特のビクトリア朝時代のデザイン要素を備えており、その時代の機関建築と一致しています。
