Minúsculas figuras salpican la cúspide de la Pyramid of the Sun en Teotihuacan, habiendo completado el ascenso en los años 1970. Esta fotografía representa la Pyramid of the Sun, una estructura prominente de la ciudad mesoamericana precolombina de Teotihuacan, ubicada al noreste de Mexico City. Construida alrededor del 200 d.C., es el edificio más grande de Teotihuacan y uno de los más grandes de Mesoamérica, fundamental para la vida religiosa y ceremonial de la ciudad.

Capturada en los años 1970, la imagen muestra la pirámide en un estado de excavación y conservación parcial, permitiendo a los visitantes ascender hasta su cúspide.
